Kundello's offering is subject to our Fair Use Policy, which is in addition to our Retailer Terms of Use, End User Terms and Privacy Policy. This Policy ensures the integrity of the service and maintains a consistent user experience. Violation of this Policy may result in the suspension or termination of the Kundello subscription.
Usage
We expect most of our standard plan users' usage to fall within the range of our current Free, Standard, and Unlimited plans. In addition to our standard plans, we also offer Enterprise plans that can be customized to suit any organization. Please contact us for pricing.
Unlimited Plan Fair Use Policy
The Kundello Unlimited Plan is meant for use by 'small businesses' only.
Kundello defines a 'small business' as any sole trader, partnership, company, or trust with no more than 10,000 customers per month.
Any business with more than 10,000 customers per month can still use the Kundello Unlimited Plan, but once the usage starts exceeding the small business usage, we will contact you to create a custom plan for your organization.
Kundello Unlimited Plan Extensive Usage Explained
- Consistently sending high volumes of Review request emails: over 10000 / month.
- Consistently sending high volumes of NPS request emails: over 10000 / month.
- Consistently collecting high volumes of Review and NPS responses: Over 10000 / month.
- Consistently collecting high volumes of Business and Product review image uploads: 10 GB / month or 100 GB of total storage.
We want to keep our Unlimited Plan limits as permissive as possible, so you don't have to worry about usage limits and paywalls. However, if your usage falls within our extensive usage example above and you don't wish to migrate to a custom plan for your organization, in that case, Kundello has the right to stop or terminate your Kundello account(s).
